- Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- From the chosen product page, click "Add to cart" to place your order.
- Review your added items by visiting the "Cart" page.
- From the cart page, you can click 'Checkout' to finally place your order or you can leave the page and continue shopping for more.
- Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves the following easy steps; Review Your Order, fill in the Billing/Shipping Information, select Shipping Method, and Place Your Order. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
- Our Customer Service Representative will review and contact you regarding stocks availability.
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so with the tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. It is possible for an item to sell out while in your cart.
- Our collections are on-hand and ready to ship but always check stock availability from our website since stock level changes every minute.
- Order will only be shipped to the buyer once we receive the full payment.
- Ordered items is valid for two days only. If no payment is received within two days, order is automatically cancelled.
- No minimum order quantity per design per order.
- No minimum order amount is required.

We only accept BPI Bank Deposit or PayPal payments. Other payment methods may not be accepted.
All payments must be submitted within 2 days after the purchase. If payment has not been received after the given period, your order will be cancelled and items will be sold to another buyer. Please DO NOT submit order if you do not intend to settle your payment. Please pay in exact amount to avoid delay in processing your order. Excess payment will be put in your advance deposit.

Once we have received and confirmed your payment, we will send you receipt email and set your order status into "Processing".
Shipping and Handling
Please see the Shipping Rate information here. Parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated during Checkout. Shipping rate is based on product weight and destination. Orders with payment received before 10AM (except Sunday) will be process and send to the courier for shipment else we will send it the next day. After posting out your items, we would update the order status from "Processing to Delivered", with email notification. Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for metro manila and provinces. We do not deliver on sunday and public holidays. Also please take note of public holidays in your place that it may cause postal delays.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and type of parcel so we cannot supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

Return and Exchange
As we check all our products for quality and defects before shipping out, the item you will receive should be in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund. Before returning, please take note of the following.
If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has quality problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 2 days after receiving the products and return it within 5 days and the item must be in original condition (with ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN) when returning to us.
When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from Scribbledshirts to you but you have to pay the shipping fee from you to Scribbledshirts).
If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
Scribbledshirts offers partial and full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact us.Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage due to the third party or customer fault cannot be refunded.
Partial Refunds We also offer partial refund on returned items, which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
